People may say that I'm already very skinny/skinny enough, how can I have a tummy or sth~
The fact is I REALLY have a tummy and it's not abs but fats, not very big one though(so if I clothes on(most of them are baggy), nothing very obvious..))~ I should have know better when my shorts(Not only 1 short ley) are tighter than before and fats protruding out when buttoned~
I get where my tummy come from...: Snacking after dinner/ after midnight~ and my snacks will be chips or instant noodles MOST OF THE TIME~ I eat them(chips) when I'm full but wanna to bite something OR when I skipped dinner coz I don't feel like eating rice OR when I watch drama/animes/variety shows.
Solution to prevent tummy from protruding further:
I'm now trying out something~ when I wanna snack, I will replace it with Fruits(THEY ARE DELICIOUS) instead~ I will definitely eat the proper 3 meals a day.
Solution to flatten the tummy:
I don't know how to~ All I know is to exercise, and wonder if Running helps.
I need to flatten the tummy before I train stomach muscles!So doing sit-up now is a NO currently!!!
